  6. There should be a good intake of vegetables and fruit juices along with wheat grass juice and luke warm water
  7. These juices supply antioxidants which help to fight the free radicals and build body's immunity
  8. It also aids in weight loss in obese individuals.
  9. It is a good source of vitamins and minerals
  10. They conserve body's energy for various other mechanisms and help restore body's balance.
  11. It helps to purify blood and helps in better transportation of oxygen and other essential nutrients.
