Favourite dishes made Healthy and tasty !!!!

Hello everyone !!! 
Today I will be posting on how to make the favorite dishes healthier !
Soo .. Lets start !!!!


1. Oats and Dates Fudge Fingers


Amounts for 2 fudge fingers

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 4 finely chopped dates
  • 15 gm jaggery
  • 2 tsp ghee


Method:
Dry roast the oats in a pan and keep it aside.
Add 2 tsp ghee in a pan and once it starts melting add jaggery.
Once the jaggery is melted add the dry roasted oats and finely chopped dates in it and give 2 stirs till they combine properly.
Immediately remove it from pan, place in a plate and cut it in pieces.
Serve it.


2. Roti Pizza

Amounts for 1 serving

Ingredients
  • pieces Roti
  • 1/4 tsp Pizza seasoning Italian seasoning or as needed
  • Red chilly flakes as needed
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Cheese spread as required
  • Pizza pasta sauce as required
  • Pinch of Black pepper powder
  • Pinch of Chaat masala
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Salt to taste
Mixed veggies:
  • 1/2 medium sized onion Finely chopped
  • tbsp red capsicum
  • tbsp green capsicum
  • 4 - 5  sweet corn kernels boiled
  • 1/2 small deseeded tomato Finely chopped
Instructions
  1. Put finely chopped mixed veggies in a bowl and add all the spices
  2. mix it
  3. Take roti and take some cheese spread and spread all over the roti.
  4. Now apply some pizza pasta sauce and spread it.
  5. Spread some grated mozzarella cheese.
  6. Put some finely chopped veggies and spread all over the roti.
  7. Lastly add some more grated mozzarella cheese and sprinkle little olive oil.
  8. Repeat the same process for rest of the roti.

To make Roti pizza in Oven:
  1. Grease the baking tray with some olive oil and put roti pizza in a tray.
  2. Now bake pizza in pre-heated oven on 180 degree Celsius for 7-8 minutes or till cheese melted and roti become slightly crisp

To make Roti pizza in a pan:
  1. Grease non-stick pan with olive oil and put roti pizza in a pan and cover the lid and cook it on low flame till cheese melted and roti become slightly crisp.
  2. It will take around 7 minutes to get ready in a pan.
  3. Take out the Roti pizza from Oven and pan and lastly garnish it by sprinkling some pizza seasoning, red chilly flakes.
  4. Take pizza cutter and cut into four slices and serve.
  5. Roti pizza is ready to serve. Serve hot


3. Boiled Egg Chat

Amounts for 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 1/2 finely chopped onion
  • 2 tsp tamarind chutney
  • 2 tsp green chutney
  • Thin Nylon sev
  • Chat Masala according to taste
  • Black pepper powder according to taste
  • Salt to taste


Method:
Hard boil 2 eggs. Cut them in 2 halves. Remove the yolk and keep it in a bowl.
Mash a boiled potato and add it with yolk.
Mix them properly.
Add finely chopped onion.
Add chat masala, pepper powder and salt according to taste.
Place the above prepared mixture in the halves.
Add tamarind and green chutney on top of it .
Sprinkle sev on it.
Serve it.
