Guidelines for Weight gain and Muscle gain

Hellooooo there !!!!
Today i will be giving guidelines on how to gain weight !
Sooooooooooo letsss start ......


For those who are under weight, gaining weight is a big challenge. So here are a few tips or you can say guidelines .. Yaah that would be a correct term "GUIDELINES" for gaining weight !



GUIDELINES:

  1.  There should be a steady weight gain and it should be maintained very well.
  2.  Diet should be rich in PROTEINS, CARBS AND MODERATE AMOUNT OF FAT.
  3.  All nutrients should be in proper amounts.
  4.  Fluid intake should be proper.
  5.  If required supplements (weight gainers) should be incorporated in the diet.
  6. Excess fat and sugars should be avoided as they can cause metabolic disorders in future.
  7. Proper nutrient and energy dense snacking has to be done in between meals. Total 6 - 8 meals has to be taken in a day.
  8. As far as possible fiber should be avoided in the diet as it promotes weight loss rather than weight gain.
  9. Whey protein, high Biological value foods or animal protein should be included in diet for gaining weight and muscle.
  10. Exercise for about 60-90 mins is suggested with weight training and a proper balanced diet.
